Private Terms of Service Agreement

This Private Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between SpaceCadet00 ("Bot Owner") and the user ("User") of the AstroShop Bot (the "Bot").

By using the Bot, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they should immediately discontinue use of the Bot.

1. Private Use License

The Bot Owner grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Bot solely for personal or non-commercial purposes.

2. Prohibited Use

The User may not use the Bot in any way that:

• Violates applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
• Infringes upon the rights of any third party.
• Is for any commercial purposes without express written consent.
• Allows unauthorized users or third parties access to the Bot.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Bot Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

4. Modifications to the Bot

The Bot Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Bot and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of the Bot Owner. The User agrees not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Bot or any portion thereof.
• Grant access to unauthorized users.

6. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot Owner and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from the User’s use of the Bot.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Bot.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

By using the Bot, the User acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
