AstroShop Terms Of Service (TOS)

Disclaimer

AstroShop requests everyone to treat each other with respect. Otherwise, you'll be removed from the service and community.

The following document will hereby be referred to as "ToS." The purpose of this ToS is to describe the relationship between you, referred to as the user, client, and the service provider AstroShop, referred to as "AstroShop." Additionally, the customer may be referred to as "you" and AstroShop as "we." The term "Owners/Founders" refers to the Founders of AstroShop.

This ToS does not constitute an explicit or implied guarantee of an agreement or contract between the customer and AstroShop. After the agreement of services to be rendered is made, any violation of these ToS is grounds for the forfeiture of all service expectations, both complete and unfinished, with no expectation of reconciliation by the customer.

All communication will take place inside your ticket. Your ticket will be saved indefinitely.

Deposits, wallet balance, and gold will be invested into a financial market of our choice, as RuneScape bans are a common punishment by Jagex. Therefore, we do not want to hold gold exceeding our minimum reserve we hold for operational business. You will be paid proportionally to the total of remaining money, if losses have to be realised. Mutual agreements can be made, but they have to be accepted by the owners.

By accessing and using the services provided by AstroShop, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (ToS). These terms govern your use of the services offered through our Discord server, including but not limited to PvM services, gold selling, account selling, and any related transactions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. TOS Introdcution

Services Provided

• PvM Services: We provide Player vs. Monster (PvM) services within Old School RuneScape (OSRS), including boss kills, quest help, and training services
• Gold Selling: We sell in-game gold for OSRS. All transactions will be conducted in accordance with OSRS game rules, and any associated risks are assumed by the purchaser.
• Account Selling: We sell OSRS accounts that meet specific criteria. All accounts sold are verified and comply with our internal guidelines.

Refund and Chargeback Policy

• We offer no refunds once the service has started, except in cases where the service cannot be completed due to our error.​
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If a chargeback is initiated on a payment, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account and take appropriate legal action if necessary.

PAYMENT

See section 4 for more details. We accept payments in In-Game Gold and Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major cryptocurrencies). Payment must be made in full before any service is provided or goods (such as gold or accounts) are delivered.

Account Security and Use

• You are responsible for the security of your account. We will not be held liable for any OSRS account bans, suspensions, or restrictions that occur as a result of using our services.
• Account Selling: All accounts are sold under the assumption that the buyer accepts the risks associated with the transaction. Once an account is transferred to you, you assume full responsibility for it. After any transaction is completed, you will have 1 hour 'cooldown' from completion of payment being received to check the accounts. Any issues after this time period you will not be liable for a refund/replacement. It is mandatory that you register the account and change your password at this time. NOTE: I am not the original owner of the logins which these accounts are built on, please make sure you are logging in and changing the details of the accounts. I am not responsible for account locks, it is your responsibility to ensure you register the accounts before logging onto them. If you are purchasing accounts, it is good practice to register them before you log on. If an account becomes inaccessible during 1 month (30 days) after purchase, I will do all I can to recover the account for you.

Tax Compliance

• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes incurred from purchasing services, gold, or accounts through our platform. AstroShop does not provide tax advice or assume any responsibility for tax liabilities related to your purchases.

User Conduct

• Respect all users within the server. Use appropriate language and follow the server rules. Inappropriate conduct may result in penalties or bans from our server.
• You agree not to engage in any illegal activities using our service, including exploiting bugs or using third-party software.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The U.S. Supreme Court. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of The U.S. Supreme Court.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from the services provided, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal communication. If informal communication does not resolve the issue, disputes will proceed to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as a final solution, with the cost of arbitration to be shared equally between the parties.

Service Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other related documents at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of those changes.

Age Verification

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal consent of a guardian to participate in these services.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms of Service if the failure is due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to server failures, network outages, or government regulations.

User Reviews and Testimonials

By submitting feedback, reviews, or testimonials, you grant AstroShop the right to use, display, and share your comments in marketing materials, whether on our Discord server, website, or other platforms. You also acknowledge that your feedback may be used for promotional purposes.

2.Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is entered into by and between AstroShop and the undersigned user or contractor. By agreeing to this NDA, you acknowledge the importance of confidentiality concerning any sensitive information shared within our Discord server or during service provision.

Confidential Information

• All information related to your account, payment methods, OSRS strategies, or other proprietary details shared within our Discord.
• This includes any private communications, custom PvM strategies, payment information, account details, and other internal business operations.

Obligations of the Receiving Party

• You agree not to disclose, share, or use any confidential information for personal gain or for the benefit of a third party.
• You must take reasonable steps to safeguard the confidentiality of the information shared.

Exceptions

• Confidential information does not include information that is already publicly available or that was disclosed by the disclosing party in writing without restrictions.

Breach of Agreement

• Any breach of this NDA may result in the immediate termination of your access to our services and may lead to legal action if necessary.

3. Pricacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our services, including our Discord server, PvM services, gold and account selling, and payment processing.

Data Collection

• Personal Information: We collect your Discord username, payment details, and OSRS account information (for PvM services or account selling).
• Payment Data: When you make a purchase, we collect payment information (either via USD or cryptocurrency), which is processed through secure third-party providers.
• Usage Data: We track interactions within the Discord server, such as commands issued to bots, and activity related to PvM services.

How We Use Your Data

• Data Sharing: We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or for service provision (e.g., coordinating with payment processors).
• Data Security: We use encryption and secure payment processing methods to protect your data.

Your Rights

• You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
• You can also request updates or corrections to any incorrect data we have on file.

4.Payment And Chargeback Policy

This policy covers how we handle payments for services, gold, and account sales, as well as our approach to chargebacks.

Accepted Payments

• We accept payments via In-Game Gold and Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.).
• Payment must be made prior to the delivery of services or goods.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once a service has started or an account or gold has been delivered.
• Refunds may be considered in the event that a service cannot be completed due to our fault or if there is a failure on our part to fulfill the agreed terms.

Chargeback Policy

• Chargebacks are prohibited. If a chargeback is filed, we will immediately suspend your account and may take legal action to recover the funds.
• Any chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our services, and your account may be blacklisted from future transactions.

5.Discord Server Rules

Introduction Our Discord server is designed to provide a positive experience for everyone. Please follow these rules to ensure a safe and respectful environment.

Rules

• Respect: Treat all members with kindness and respect. Discriminatory language or hate speech will result in immediate penalties.
• No Spamming: Avoid spamming the chat with repeated messages or unnecessary content.
• Account Security: Do not share your OSRS account details publicly.
• Do Not Impersonate Staff Or Ownership: We will NEVER DM you first.
• Server Use: Follow the guidelines for using specific channels (e.g., PvM, support, or general discussion).
• Penalties: Violating server rules may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on the severity.

6.User-Generated Content

This policy applies to any content created, uploaded, or shared by users within our Discord server. It governs what is considered acceptable content and provides guidance on prohibited content. Acceptable Content

• Feedback and Reviews: We encourage users to share feedback about our services, including reviews of our PvM, gold selling, and account selling services. All feedback should be constructive and respectful.
• Guides and Tutorials: Users may share helpful guides, tips, and strategies related to Old School RuneScape (OSRS), as long as the content complies with our server rules.
• Non-Commercial Use: Any content created should be for non-commercial purposes. Users may not use the server to promote personal businesses or other paid services unless approved by AstroShop.
• Creative Content: Users are welcome to share fan art, memes, or other creative content that aligns with the theme of OSRS and the server.

Prohibited Content

• Offensive or Abusive Content: Any content that contains hate speech, discriminatory language, or harassment will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, racial, sexual, or religious discrimination.
• Spam and Advertisements: Users are prohibited from spamming the server with repetitive messages, unsolicited advertisements, or irrelevant links. Advertising external products or services without approval from AstroShop is not allowed.
• Illegal or Infringing Content: Users are prohibited from sharing content that violates any laws, including content that may be stolen, or copyrighted material without permission, counterfeit goods, or any other content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
